D2 cd stacker changer

Hi all
Anyone know if the changer from the Eurovox 6 cd stacker is interchangeable with another make?

The car has the cd player but no changer/magazine. I already tried one out of a spare Alpine unit and that sure doesn't fit! ;)

Not that i know of, i recently recked a head unit and maybe the changer as well because i ejected the cd casett while it was playing, and tried to fix it. Now the head unit won't recognize any cd changer. Although, when i opened the case of the changer i noticed it had SONY written all over it.??
