Green P38A, no plate, no rego - is it yours?

There is a green P38A in North Bondi. No plates, rego well out of date. The Council has been sniffing around a couple of times so it is about to get towed.

Is it yours?
Do you want to sell it?
Do I really want the trouble of fixing it for rego?:eek:
