Garmin Topo on Ebay for $10.00

Has anybody bought one of these from Bulgaria??
For $10.00 I'll give it a try, but would like to get feedback first. (I know there is a new version due soon).

I think it would be less reliable than downloading a pirated copy from a dodgy Russian torrent site which would most likely infect the PC with some malicious virus. At least it wouldn't cost you $10 to do so.

It will be a pirated copy of the image file which you would load onto a sd card
I would be very careful about giving out my credit card to them as i imagine you would end up getting charged more than $10.00

There seems to be plenty on Ebay at present that are reasonable I know I paid a lot more than they are asking now. Still it is a great map set.

tyr this link Shonkymaps by Shonkylogic (http://shonkylogic.net/shonkymaps/) and read all of the info on this site before you buy the Topo map on Ebay for a Garmin.

I have been running this "Shonky" Topo map on my Garmin Nuvi 265 for a couple of months with no problems. (loaded onto an Micro SD card no prob's).:)

It is very accurate and has lots of extra info the the "Official Garmin Topo" does not have. I also run it on Garmin "Base Camp" & "Mapsource" software with no problems.:D

As I said though, read all the info from this site and make up your own mind, but for me it's working fine!
