Anyone willing to inspect a Mitsubishi in Lysterfield Vic for me?

Anyone on here want to do a big favour (there is a case in it for you too!) for me?

Theres a vehicle in Lysterfield Victoria that I am interested in, but I am in Sydney and so can't inspect it from here! Is anyone local and willing to give it an eyeball on my half and give me the verdict?

The seller is camping on the Murray at the moment (lucky bugger) but will be back home on the 7th of Jan.

I'm not expecting any issues as it seems straight and honest, and it is relatively new (read: made after I was born - something none of my LRs can claim... :eek:)

Yep, can do, I drive through there on my way to work and it's only 15 minutes from my home as well.

I think I have actually seen it parked at the side of the road on my way to work.

Depending where he is on the Murray my place could be en route between the Murray and Melb and I would be happy to have a look if he would stop on his way home. This way you could get two opinions.

I will be on the Murry myself from the 15th for about three weeks at Tocumwal. Anyone in the vicinity at this time come join me for a beer(or what ever you drink).

The seller will return home this weekend, and has said he is happy for the vehicle to be inspected on weekday afternoons after 4, from Monday onwards.

The assessment was favourable, and so I negotiated to buy the vehicle. ;)

Not only did dave do a sterling job, including a detailed report and pictures, but he refused to accept the promised slab. :eek: With you all as my witness - I owe him one! ;)


I am coming to pick it up this Friday - watch for another thread on that matter!

(PS - the seller is driving it to the airport for me from Lysterfield :o)
