Looks to me like he always lost playing conkers;)
no Derek we wern't allowed string or shoe laces following Stanley Crabtree trying to hang Mrs Sandford with laces from his Wakefield Wayfarer shoes which had the imprint of small animals feet on the sole,so you knew what you had just trod on and killed clever eh

Think we had those shoes too. They were called Bata Scouts over here. Can't recall trying to hang anyone with the laces though:confused:

I'm sure Clarice was as silent as a lamb;), Rook wings are good for Peregrine lures, and I once knew a mouse called Bernard Fisher, it is indeed a small world.

and if you choose to be an adventurous drinker, you will find it also goes quite well with yak blood and bat urine, just consume more until it tastes good.;)
