Auto Transmission issues?

Hi all,
I need help with my 2003 TD5 Auto that has done 140,000kms. The issue is that the transmission has a bad shudder / vibration when locking up, under light load / moderate throttle at about 85 to 90 kph. I live in Bendigo Victoria and I am not sure where to take it ???

Sounds like the lock up clutch material is going. Needs to be checked/ repaired ASAP before the metallic backing goes through the trans:(
