Help Needed - Top radiator hose

Hi all, can anyone help me out. We are travelling from Tasmania and have split a top radiator hose. We are just west of Traralgon (approx 5km). I ahve a 2001 TD5 and have no hope of getting a new one. can you please ring me on 0438362172. Thanks if you can help.
