You could try mike vine turbos in brisbane for a rebuild. However it may be cheaper for you to buy a replacement or upgraded turbo on ebay.

email BAS, bell auto service in the UK, word has it hes doing VVT kits for TD5s for 680gbp, you have to send your turbo as an exchange.
