Best place to get a spare key.

FYI one from Karcraft was $200 a few months back (193 + postage). Comes with a blank which can be cut or exchanged with one off a damaged remote. Just need a nanocom etc to easily program it. There seems to be two posts on this topic running concurrently. You're notice in their someone correctly mentioned there are two frequencies (315 & 433Mhz). '99 to very early 2000 (Jan-Feb maybe) D2s use 315Mhz, rest use 433Mhz. I know Karcraft know the VIN ranges and would ensure the correct one is chosen.

I could have done the eBay thing which gets you one around $150, from memory.

I have sighted an invoice from a dealer of $250 which included programming. I believe often the quoted price is quite a bit steeper.
