Went to the flicks last night and saw this movie. Realy enjoyed it, I'm sure this is the begining of a series of movies and if they are as good as the first then its anyones guess when they will end. To play the devils advocate i enjoyed it more then AVATAR. Saying that I was a sixtys child and was weened on John Wayne and Sean Connery.;)

I was suckered into going to the movies friday night and seen this to, I though it was good...........a little to american, as in, got a bit ridiculous with the actiony bits, but watchable:(

I enjoyed it as it was really quite quirky , and interestingly enough SWMBO enjoyed it and she doesn't like action movies.

We thought it was pretty good. RD Jnr is what I call a hot/cold actor. Hes either very good or completely rubbish. This he gets a very good gong. Even Jude Law was a good Watson.

Agree with the American "British" interpretation but not a bad flick.
SWMBO liked it also. Better than sitting outside in the heat.
