I'm currently in the Process of getting the E90 Supercharger Bolted up to my Rover V8 and get it all up and running , I know some of you have or have had this set up in the past and would like to hear from your experience.
PhillipA has mentioned that I will have issues with the "duty cycle" of the standard Chipp so to get around this problem there will be a Tornado style Chipp set up and a different Fuel Reg to accomodate for the A/F Mixture Ratios accordingly , Also what would be the Maximum boost I'm expected to run safely without the Need for Intercooling.

9PSI max non cooled, otherwise your superheating the air charge
You'll likely need a decent fuel pump, rising rate fuel reg, or atleast adjustable, Ignition completely upto scratch as the blown engine will be more susceptible to crap spark and a piggy back with timing control at a minimum

Could I be so rude as to ask what the percieved gain in both Torque and Horsepower will be ?. What are you starting out with ?, what will it produce after the 9 PSi is added ? (Theoretically its simple , 9/14.5 times starting figures plus starting figure , lets say a healthy 3.9 at 200Hp and 240 ft'lbs , so that would increase to 324hp )

Mine was 138 HP at the wheels, 35" tyres, 4.1 gears and in 3rd if I remember:confused:

So Rovercare , yours was a healthy 3.9 . yeah ? 200 FWHP less parasitics probably would come in around 140 RWHP . Now was that 3rd in a 5 speed manwell , or 3rd in a 4spd slushy . Must have been the manual as your ramp load profile would dictate that because of the final drive ratio Gear/diff/tyre dia .,besides 3rd in a slushy is 1:1 allways which would have been far to tall for 35's . No:1 rule
(Torque x Engine speed) / 5,252 = Horsepower

Be interesting to see if the Poor ZF 4HP22H will Cope will the extra Ponnies  I'm still running standard 3.54 Diff Ratio's and 33" ( 285 x 75 x 16") Tyres.
"Rovercare" you mentioned that the ignition and sparkes need to be up to scratch , interestingly enough the lead from Coil to Dizzy has "spark leaks".
I recently discovered This new phenomina , the Leads will be replaced very shortly.
