Was told today at work that if i keep up the good work that i will be put on permanent sooner than later . This head down bum up attitude is paying off big time :D;) . They are more than happy with the way i work and load the trucks of a morning . I was also told that 3 different bosses are fighting over me to get me working for them :eek: . It's great being a wanted man in the work place :cool::D:angel:

You will find now that many employers use casual employment as a way of weeding out unsuitable applicants.Its much easier to terminate a useless casual than a full time employee.
Sounds like they have you picked as worth keeping.

I hope so mate . I'm on level 1a pay rate now which is $25 an hour and if i get on permanent I will stay on the same rate with the bonus of holiday and sick pay (level 4a) . Forkies seem to pull the good dollars these days :D

I'm constantly a wanted man in my workplace, but not for the same reasons:angel:
