I have replaced fuel reg twice replaced the cutout as well then replaced tappet cover gasket/seal now what? I still have the oil running down the R/hand side of the block-dripping off sump and auto hoses. It does not use a great deal of oil between changes[10 thou] but looks bad and the garage floor!!! Any ideas from the brains trust????

Is it oil or diesel which is leaking. You can normally feel / smell the diference. If it is diesel it could be from one of the hose joints or the fuel cooler, but the regulator is normally the culprit.
If you take the cover off the top of the motor, you can normally see the highest point from where the leak is, unless rear of the rocker cover wasn't seated correctly when it was replaced. Oil would then run down the back of the engine, under the soundproof cover between the engine and the firewall. It can be a bit fiddly getting this gasket into it's correct position with the sound proof cover still in place. and difficult removing / re-installing this cover.

It wouldn't be brake fluid by any chance would it?
What about the camshaft seal/cover on the front of the engine behind the EGR pipe from the exhaust manifold..
Just a thought,
