yep definitely got money on Little Lion Man being #1

pretty much the reason i listen to JJJ in the car. get to hear all sorts of tunes, not just the generic pop that floods the commercial stations :mad:

Ya $hiting me, it been out for 2 months and that rubbish is gonna win hottest 100, i reckon hottest 100 is rigged, carp always wins. remember when the $hitlams won (whitlams) with that carp song no afrodesiac (sp). If/when i go insane and go on a gun slinging rampage, tim form the $hitlams is #1 on my list for writing such rubbish. How that band can be so loved when there lyrics are written by a 4 year old 'chunky air guitar'. :mad:

Tim however couldn't have cared less - I saw him at a concert a few months later, and he talked about "that silly vote".

I listen to Triple J, mainly because I can't stand ads. The trade off is some really rubbish songs that get put on high rotation and make me turn the radio off for a while. This is one of those songs, and anything by Phoenix or Ween. I am hoping the Hilltop Hoods get No1 in the Hottest 100.

Remember Jack Jones and Virgil Donati, 2 of australias most talented muso's, and they were in that carp band Southern Sons! (it was all a money maker)
