URGENT HELP.... non LR question

I want to replace the plugs on my audi A4 2.0l. Problem is I cant work out how to undo the plastic clips that retain the coil packs. I need to get the coil packs out to get at the plugs obviously.

theres 3 types of clips that can be used...

got a pic of which one?

usually its a case of push the retainer in and pull. sometimes you need to slide something up along the retainer to get it fully disengaged.
