I installed a new temp guage and sender (VDO) a while back. I removed the old sender from under the thermo housing (300tdi) and installed the new VDO sender in its place.
Will this give me an accurate temp reading ?
or
Should I put it somewhere else?
The reason I ask is that since installing the guage temp seems to be reading small amount higher or is it that the new guage is more accurate? The whole cooling system has been replaced.
