Bokeh
Rules..
1. Minimal PP
2. The photo(s) must exhibit bokeh.
3. Two photos allowed, one must be taken in 2010. If only one is submitted, it must be taken in 2010.
See here for the general rules (http://www.aulro.com/afvb/camera-corner/82504-photo-comp-rules.html).
A little bit of extra information:
Bokeh is the term used to describe the effect of (usually) background blur in a photo. As such it is very subjective but it can give some often interesting or special results to a picture. So we are looking at the DOF (depth of field).
More info: Google Bokeh (I tried to post a wiki link but it didn't work)
A couple of examples (neither has any PP):
Good DOF - f/16 - more detailed background, poor bokeh ------------------- Narrow DOF - f/2.8 - very blurred background, good bokeh
