Hi all
I am after plastic wheel arch trim, my d2 didn't come with them and I'd like to add them as my guards have some pretty bad scratches on them. I've looked at a few UK sites but can't find anything. Has anyone tried buying some?
TIA

Mate, I just fitted the paddocks flares 3 weeks ago , it will give you the option of running larger tyres and looking neat at the same time. Will post a pic if you want.

Would love to see a pic. However, I'm not too keen to run 35's atm, you can run 33's without cutting the guards and I'm happy with them atm.

I did have to manipulate the flares to fit to alow room for 35", had the heat gun out on the back. Sorry for the blurry pics. I really think that maybe they designed the flares for smaller tyres, ( dont know) but I have to have the gap at the front and had to heat bend the vertical a bit on the back, 33 and under you would not run into this problem, I dont mind I think they look good. Wonder if any one else had to do thos or not??
(ps my rims are off set) the wheels I run off rd are more ofset than the pic.
Hope this helps

That looks really good. I've helped a mate do a guard chop on a D1 before and it wasn't too hard. How did you go with the rear doors, did you weld something in the gap like what Slunnie did?

A tight fit, but work well, have you cut your panels previous ? . my rear is extending 50mm for the A frame so in hi insight I probably didnt need too. but 4wding in between.

No , these flares cover the gap. + expanda foam is great;). they promote that their flares cover the gap, which they do, I just filled it, why not:).
