Need local Gold coast help looking at a Rangie

Hi guys, I am very seriously consider buying a Rangie from Southport but I know very little about what to look for RUST wise and where to look, would any one with this type of knowledge be able to help ?

I would either pick you up, meet you there or if you want look and report back to me, what every best suits.

I would like to do this Tomorrow if possible other wise another week will pass, maybe even this afternoon if that better suits
