My TAFE teacher has purchased himself a '1996' Range Rover:twisted:

after a brief glace last night in the car park on the way to train station it looked to be in pretty good condition , colour white ,said he paid $9k for it , the vehicle is on it's 2nd engine at 196,000 kms .

'Ken' has purchased the RR from a friend of his and story goes that his friend's wife had kept driving the car with the Oil light on for 2 weeks before engine siezed.:twisted::twisted:

Ken sayd he absolutely luurves driving the Rangie with a 4.6 and is considering installing Gas injection system .

now Guys , it looks awefully like a P38a . can anyone confirm without looking at the RR that it is a P38?

It either is or isn't.
I do not understand.
You think it could be a RRC?
The RRC's ceased in 94 with some last models maybe sold in 95.

P38's look totally different.

1996, 4.6 engine, $9000, 2nd engine - yep, sounds like a P38 to me :).

Won't get much luggage in there with the 2nd engine in it.
But it will be handy to have the spares should it break down!
