FL1 tailgate not opening

Hi guys,

Anyone had trouble with the boot not opening?
When I lift the handle the window goes down to clear the lip, but
the boot doesn't unlock.

I've checked both switches on the boot (key & handle) both are fine.

There doesn't appear to be a fuse for the lock, just one for the window
(will unlock even if window fuse is removed)

Just thought I'd check before I climb inside and remove the panel, a
pain if the boot is shut.

It's probably the lock mechanism or the wiring to it.

Everything is controlled by the ECU (Window & latch). The door handle is just a micro-switch which tells the ECU when you want to open it.
