Has anyone replaced the struts on their D3 with air?
If so how much does it cost, mine need doing now they have
done 160,000

I think he has a D3 with air suspension & the struts/air springs are requiring replacement.

Strut is a more accurate description of the shock absorbers in a D3.

In that cas replace them with Konis or Bilsteins. Cheaper and beter than OEM ones.

Happy to get 160,000 out of the original ones they had a hard life
never got that out of shocks before.
got a price to do them from LR $3,500. nearly fell over.
ARB & TJM won't touch them to hard they say.

:o it's a quick easy job to change the shocks. The air spring is a bit harder.
