I have used Static-ice for a LONG time now,,

any others you can recommend??

Its (static ice) a dedicated computer parts search engine,, I shall have to go and check static ice. I've never heard of it.

The shoulder isn't bad, a bit sore when doing physio or when I walk into a wall with it.

Hopefully, the sling will be off in another four weeks.
