hissing in the dash?!

Hey guys,

I just replaced my speedo cable and I think I damaged the vacume 'thingy' that moves the air vent hatches around on the county. Engine starts - mad hissing noise behind speedo / dash console thing. I've played with the little actuator thing that I could see but I couldn't stop it.

Is there a trick to this?

You've probably dislodged one of the vacuum lines to the valve block behind the heater control panel.
