Since I purchased my laptop last year, Lenovo sends me details about their current specials and discounts.
I noticed in the latest email that the Intel i5 processor is now an option for the current version of my computer. I thought I'd check to see what it would cost to purchase my computer now, 12 months on ... Total price came to $1,103,858.34 :eek:

I opted not to upgrade! Lucky I bought when I did!

Has anyone else encountered a similar problem with on-line shopping that can better my million dollar laptop?
I bet it rarely works the other way and gives a huge discount.

It's OK.
I just found a huge discount.

Now, if I can just find a way to get them to owe me $1,000,000.00 I might get that D4 I always wanted (and a Defender for weekends, Oh and a RRS for going to church ...)

Not quite the same, but we got a bill from Telstra for over $750,000.00 once, and they disconnected our phone when we didn't pay!

I knew that IBM/Lenovo products were pricey, but I never remember paying that much for the Laptops I have had in the past.
