I watched that film with some Landy people. We were outraged that the Defender stopped at that creek crossing. Barely a puddle. QE2 has had advanced driving techniques training too and she has her truckies ticket.

Clockwork Orange it was supposed to be set in the future so in one scene the police were driving Range Rovers as even back then they knew that the RR would not change much.
Also the TV series before Primeaval where they were collecting prehistoric animals from the past through a time curtain and they used Land Rovers. One group of scenes was filmed in America as well as England as the Land Rover changed from LHD to RHD

I just remembered Ewen MacGregor saying that he has a tricked up Defender when he was interviewed on Top Gear. He was seen driving this dark green or black Defender on "Long Way Down". had the licence plate EOM xxx.

There were some nice Series Landies in Hamish MacBeth.

Embarrassed to say screen Landy spotting has become an obsessive nerdy habit. And it's contagious! Friends who don't even like Land Rovers are now compulsive spotters. I'll get an SMS like "Nice Defender on Channel 7 news, right now"

I get the same thing sometimes. Nothing wrong with that at all.

Well some of my ones have already been said...there was a D3 in last Mission Impossible and another movie recently with Sean Bean in it where they go around killing crims. Torchwood has the spacey looking RRS and the The Kingdom has RRS and RRC in it,

    Regards

The Brittish Horror Movie "Dog Soldiers" I think the only Vehicles in it are
    Series 2s and 3s.

Cracking good Thriller, but a gut wrenching scene when they blow up a series 3 to smitherines.

Fairly rescent movie, probably just left the new release weekly section.
