I also found the presenters' style particularly irritating.
I had to force myself to look beyond their mannerisms and their delivery and was rewarded with some quite interesting information about some very special cars.
I have accepted that listening to the presenters is just the price I have to pay if I want to learn something about some classic cars.

My father appears to have the same mindset VNX, it doesn't stop him declaring his disgust for the presenters :D
I liked the episode on the Range Rover, however comparing a RRC to the equivalent of a Lexus rav 4 is a bit of a long bow...

Well, I used to enjoy TopGear, especially Clarkeson,....& I still enjoy him,....there is no-one else like him. However, the TopGear show itself has lost me, it is a shadow of its former self sinse it was removed from SBS,.now it's "lengthened" to 33% more than its original duration,.....with ads, & some of the "stunts" that the boys get up to, leave me a bit cold.
So, "The Classic Car Show". Yes, it is a bit "orchestrated", but I believe the presenters know that, they know they're a bit "corny", but I'm sure they do have a laugh at themselves (how silly were we?!!),....but that's all part of it,...it is a bit corny, a bit quirky, but Quentin REALLY does know his classic cars, & Jodie's pretty easy on the eye,...so all is good, for me anyway.
