Wingecup should have been given a drive through not just a 15sec penalty , if it had been an other team it would have been a drive though. :mad: Other teams cops drive throughs for lesser incidents .
Also Allbull were lucky they didn't get a dive through for Van Gibergen's incident in the pits . :confused:
As for the race I should have worked in the S1 instead of watching the most boring Bathurst I have ever watched , then come in to watch the last hour , would have been more productive .

You have to have an "REC" (license) to run the car, and you have to run the car in every race,...if you do not rock up, you cop a sizeable financial penalty.
You may think they are "clone cars", & it's true that they do have to run with a set of rules, but you may be quite surprised, that "underneath the skin", even cars of the same brand may be quite different in the way in which they can be "engineered" /built. And that is why you do not see real close ups of the mechanicals on TV,....because all teams do different stuff, which they do not wish to disclose to other competitors.
I was looking for an HRT Car 2 win, and they drove a good, tough, race, until.....

A true sign of a good petrol/piston head.. watching Bathurst since its been broadcasting!!!!
While I cant claim that one as I'm simply not that old, I have been watching it since I was 12 (1982) in all the glory of the HDT, Peter Brock and the Holden Commodore....
So yes, yesterday was just a total classic Bathurst, with a jaw dropping leader change on the last 13 laps
