Thread: no more pajero

Rumours have bee out for a while - Drive did a piece of this last October but not sure if anything new has come to light recently - Mitsubishi Pajero to be axed

No idea why the Toy is shown off the bitumen (even if it is 2wd ute stuff) & the 'bishi in a carpark, as a review in the Sunday paper put the Paj Sport a wee bit ahead off road?

Gone the way of the Defender. Had to happen, I guess.

No more hand jobs ay, pity as they are the only jap wagon i'd think about buying.

All we need is the Seppo's to throw the steering wheel on the other side (no great engineering prowess required surely ?? ) and we can have a tremendous range of very cheap seperate chassis 4wd's out here. Not to mention all the Dodge and F series trucks.

Even Jeremy Clarkson that hates the things... In the episode where he drove the Ford Raptor .... reckons they were brilliant given they were basically the price of a spec'd up ford fiesta in the UK If they could import those F150's for ~ $50,000aud ... they'd take the market.

I can already see all the middle aged women flocking to them 'cos they obviously look stupid at school pickup time driving a "little" 3.5ton cruiser..... Must keep up with the Jones and all of that
