    Toyota Land Cruiser LC300 Gets Pickup Conversion In Australia

    Came across this snippet. Just the basics.
    The truck can tow as much as 9,259 pounds.
    Creative Conversions from Australia now offers a conversion that turns the new Toyota Land Cruiser LC300 into a double-cab pickup. The setup means that customers can haul larger loads into the wilderness in comparison to the usual SUV version.

    The Creative Conversions Land Cruiser pickup is available with either a 27.56-inch (700-millimeter) or 31.5-inch (800-mm) wheelbase extension. This allows for fitting a tray or canopy that's between 70.87 inches (1,800 mm) and 82.68 inches (2100 mm) long

    It’s really a follow on from what many,including Creative Conversions,have been doing to the LC200 for years,there are hundreds of them around.

    They are huge,not the sort of vehicle to take to the shops🤣

    Great conversion, niche market - even if you can get your hands on a 300 - maybe in 2 or 3 years.

    What ever about the merits of the conversion, it looks like you will not be able to get one to convert for a while.
