    Thanks for your comments. I really think that the ATC module is shutting down the system rather than a blockage because the a/c system never restarts

    D2 Td5 electric fan always on

    Low voltage should not adversely affect anything long term with the ECM, I'm not sure what else has been reported but I would find that extremely unlikely.
