Yes it did. However the MVR50 has a terminal height of 222mm which is 8mm more than the HVT-70D. As DiscoJeffster asked - it does have the same footprint

I fully charge it and within no time it’s drops to sub 12v. Seems cooked to me. Also causing erratic behaviour with the Traxide.

Hi Dale, did that battery fit width wise, because I just checked the specs for that battery and there is an MVR50 of the same range but is an 80Ah battery

No, I couldn't find an alternative either. Are you sure the battery is dead or has it just tested that way? I ask because I returned mine after two years
