Bunnings still ahve these. Just bought one and will have to install some "hardware" in it soon. LOL.
Can't say i have come across them yet
I am about half-way between 2 big Bunnings stores, and both of them had them last weekend.
Any of the stores can check availability of their other stores.
I was looking for a saw stand. The store I was in didnt have any, but they could tell me which store did have them.
Give it a go.
I have a real Pelican Case for my DSLR. i cant recommend it enough to any one who is looking for some protection fro their camera. My DSLR and case was thrown off the back of a quad bike on a fire trail at about 70kms/hr and other than a scratch on the case the camera and the 3 lenses survived another day

Well I haven't got a DSLR but I did get one of those Pelican case knock offs at Bunnings anyway.
Great for storing hardware.

Any suggestions for sizing on a Pelican case for DSLR camera and a couple of zoom lenses? I might pick up a couple of cases in the USA.
1400, 1500 or 1600 series are the ones to look at. Depends on what gear you want to carry and which way you want to mount the body in the case. I'd recommend a neutral black or grey one too as they don't scream "I'm here" through the car window.
My guess would be the 1550 would probably suit the best. Dimensions are all on the Pelican.com website. They are frighteningly cheaper in the USA even without the strong A$. Also look at Storm cases - they are made by Pelican.
Thanks Derek. I'm looking at gettting a few things whilst i'm there. In fact, I'll buy them before I leave here and have them shipped to a friend in Seattle whom I'll be visiting.
Just incase anyone was still looking for storage / transport cases for some larger gear, have a look at this Greys Auction:
