So much good stuff in this thread I'm almost embarrassed, but what the heck. This is about the best I've managed so far. Just a (decent) bridge camera not a DSLR.

It's not broken. It's "Carbon Neutral".

And I have SWMBOs DSLR and my pics often look like they have been taken with a cheap phone😩

It's not a photo competition... just a place to share with others that may like your images Vlad......

Nothing wrong with those pigeons - damn hard focusing through the sticks!.....

Yes, please post any birdlife shots here. I just like seeing them in the environment. There are some exceptional images but I'm just happy to look at birds. I'm hopeless at taking photos but I always have my binoculars and bird identification book in the car and when I go camping.

I got this App for a birthday present. It's bloody fantastic. A whole bird book in my pocket including recordings of all the birds, well nearly all, there are one or two missing.
So, next time someone asks you what you'd like for your birthday............

This Tawny Frogmouth was sitting on an old goat cage we have. I've never seen one out of tree shelter before. We are getting showers through so I'm hoping it's just having a dry out!
