    So true. I have a DSLR with all of the L glass (well, not actually all of it) and the vast majority of my photos are taken with a pocket camera and my iphone.

    High pixel counts mean less light per photo sensor ... hence higher pixels mens less light capability. Such a camera would be good for some things, but bad for others. Very much a niche product ...
