The main subject has lost a lot of detail is this straight off camera or did you play with it in post process
Yes, I agree about the detail and clarity, and I used Lightroom 5.
Think I'll stick to portraits ......

Only reason I ask is sometimes pictures can look very different from one computer screen to another so curious to know what it looked like before you played with it.
Don't get me wrong i love playing with images I have LR5 too:)
Bit too much sharpening. Maybe too much saturation and vibrance if you've been playing in LR.
Having said that, I suspect purple/violet will be a hard colour to get right.
