Absolutely within the rules - you can fly over your own backyard and family and you can fly over friends and others backyards with their permission - no dramas at all with that shot. Can't fly over people in public or populated areas, or other backyards where permission hasn't been granted. Only thing that could make this shot illegal is if the house where the pic as shot was within 5.5KM of a controlled Airport (assuming that the pool and backyard was the OP's place) [biggrin]Quote:
