It could be a silly idea for a thread, but hopefully not!
As I'm an early riser every morning, 4:30, I have a special affinity for sunrises (at the beach).
Best light to shoot in is usually early morning, or late afternoon where different hues can play upon our images.
So, post your pics of any sunrises, any sunsets.
Prefer you share your EXIF (if not already included in the image), as long as you don't mind.
I'll start with two, the first which was taken from a certain vantage point up Northern NSW whilst on a trip in October 2009.
I chose this one purely because the setting sun (which I rarely get a chance to capture) was nestling itself slowly behind a peak in the distance.
Second, is at my local surf break, one of those mornings where the "reflections" shone through.
