Actually here's something that might be of interest (or not :) )
SPi-V for Flickr It requires a shockwave plug-in for your browser but it lets you view panoramas in Flickr.
Here's an example that doesn't actually wrap around but you get the idea.

Controls are the usual up,down,left,right as well as 'shift' to zoom in and 'ctrl' to zoom out.
those type plug ins always fail to load for me it tells me I have to do them manually all the time and when I do they still dont load in
