Kelvin, spend the extra money and get the fastest card you can afford. The time the camera will take to write a hi res pic to an ordinary card will drive you mad. I changed the card in my camera to a Sandisk extreme III and cut the writing time for a RAW pic from 20+ seconds to <4!
Some cameras have inbuilt memory where the photo is written to first, and then copied to the flash card to improve performance. I'm not sure if this is one of them. :)
I was shooting last weekend and took about 300 shots using 9fps, works well but I had to go back to just JPEG as shooting RAW would fill the buffer up - 48 shots RAW vs 130 JPEG. If you really want to "catch the moment", then a high frame rate sometimes helps.
I would still get at least an Extreme III level card for the D60. Definitely steer clear of the really slow ones, but there is no point spending the extra dollars for the latest and greatest either.
