rain, what ya talking about Willis. Shower or two = pleasant camping temperatures that keeps the hordes away.

I have found that by having little children we jus can't do what others without, or with older children can.
Little kids are not into sitting in car seats for hours, need to eat or sleep more, can't walk far, and so on. And I for one don't wish to put the family/daily/work car down some slope from hell with family in toe. So NP's, chilling, few drinks, some simple things for the kids to do, and other similar age kids to play with is what this thread is about.

    Mrs Ho Har
If big kids who love camping but don't qual because they have no little kids wish to come than I have no problems with that. But I can only speak for myself. Keep in mind there will be small kids yahooing about and possibly crying at night, but they will make you laugh at some point.

    Hi Mrs HH

I meant alone as in no kids....I doubt I will be able to be alone at Flanagans with the predicted number going to the GCLRO easter camp out!

Will a certain Red 130 be there? I will see you there if you are.

    Cheers

Hmmm... looking a bit wet for the weekend Apparently Janowen gets very greasy in the wet also, so might be giving it a miss yet.

sheel be right, due to loss of my day off today I will be doing the lazy pack and loading the trailer rather than the car, I'll chuck a hand winch and some other bits and bobs in.

Ranga, you should drive an Xtrail if you let a forecast of a chance of rain put you off .

Anyway I have this big mother of a winch I have recently put on if it gets that bad. So far all it has done is pull my daughter up the driveway on her trike....not really what I though I bought it for, but she love a winch ride.
