Thats EGGsactly how I cook my eggs,
Always start off in frypan as if Im frying an egg, When the bottom is done I pour in some water & put a saucepan lid over, Better than fried & better than poached

This is where I get my eggs www.chookcam.com , that reminds me the feeder is empty, I gotta go buy some pellets.
