    Southern Cross Swag

Does anyone own a double Southern Cross Swag?
Looking at getting one, like the quality, no issues to look out for.

    Cheers

Don't own one but thought of getting one, have owned one of their tents, which was high quality. I don't think I have ever heard bad things regards quality.

Care to expand a little? Their swags seem to get a good wrap often but have never seen one.

    Sorry for hijacking the thread.

    Candy Canvas please more info?

Right had a look at their site, they do not make a swag like the SC dome type. The pictures show the two section of canvas kept apart by ropes that appear to be suspended in the air, what happens if you have no trees and 1 truck!

Looking for info on the SC

If you want one similar to the SC, Travelander make one called a Swagit. Don't know much about them quality wise though they are considerably cheaper, make of that what you will.

I've had a Southern cross double swag for about 5yrs, i love it, have had no issues at all and this thing has been used extensivley everywhere. I will use it until it wears out which at this stage looks like well after i'm gone.

Have got one. Good heavy canvas, soft mattress, quality stitching and fitting (zippers). Have had issue with tension pole cracking but very obliging company to deal with. Quality kit! I rate it.
