The thing that "sold" her was the fact you don't need to venture outside.
As suggested by Any's post it can be used in a RTT.
We where told by 3 ladies they use them while knelling in their RTT.

When I was in training to winter at Casey one of the other winterers in training, a woman of course, joked after receiving her clothing kit asking "wanna see my standard issue false dong? It's long, thick and black!"

And it was.

well there is no way I would **** in a bottle inside my roof top tent and i'm sure my wife wouldn't either...........umm I can just smell that aroma
