The only thing to mention if it hasn't it is recommended to replace the Cig Lighter and use and anderson plug. I haven't done this yet as I am still playing.

Next experiment for me is roast veges....... So love roast potatoes.

The only problem I had was that the door came open on a rough road. I have since made a spring clip to keep it closed. Heating great, roasts cooked but not crisp and an unsuccessful damperTravel Buddy Oven - who has one possibly because I did not start with a preheated oven.

I've watched Brett's review on it and that sold me.

Ebay seems to be the place to get them with prices starting from $279 with free delivery. There was one on Gumtree last week for $150 but I missed that one.

    Cheers

Snowy's are doing the Marine oven for $260.00, they had 3 pallets of them delivered today !!

Great oven we **** canned our mate when he bought one but now we all have them. Great for reheating meals or doing pies and sasuages rolls. They even do a mean roast or baked potatoes.

And FYI I'm the bloke who makes the oven trays have sold over 200 and recently did a small run for a 4wd shop. Marine oven is the only way to go. I also found door can come open easily on rough track i have a strap i just put around mine to hold it shut.

Nothing beats a camp oven or webber. But travel buddy certainly adds a level of convenience when you can knock something up for lunch or get a roast going 3 or 4 hours before you reach camp.

We did that on our tassie adventure wrapped up some spuds in tinfoil threw them in oven and couple hours later perfect baked potates.

Like Lee said replace the cig plug mates came out partially and melted the cable and plug. We have all since switched them to anderson plugs or hardwired them.
