Induction cooktop test - lentil curry

Doing some driveway testing on some of our favs that we will cook on the road which will feed us for a number of days

The test is mainly around simmering for up to 2 hrs.

Fridge has been on overnight in dual zone mode……

Starting capacity a few minutes ago

    Simmering at 200w

Had to remove lid as it was boiling way too much when the induction cooktop cycled on.

It’s also quite windy today…..this would have been testing with a gas cooker on summer, I’d suspect the flame would blow out multiple time

Thank you. Hope it tasted as good as it looks.

I did not want wood or gas BBQ for my new back yard. Your post had me looking and OMG I owe you mate

This one seem 240volt but may be suitable for my camper which needs a kitchen rebuild as well

It always tastes pretty good….although the chilli I selected alphas spiced it up a bit.

Pretty sure all induction cooktop are 240v…..
