I love game birds.

1 teaspoon Onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika powder
1/2 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
2 teaspoon salt
1 Spoon rice flour (or plain flour

mix and toss 2-4 quail inside and out

add 1 cm of oil to pan ( I air fried mine today)
Heat oil to 180+ add quail and toss to coat in oil. Cover and heat on medium heat cover the pan
toss every five minutes
eat at 20 minutes

Server on rice or spuds , salad ( I used capsicum, shelled soybeans and red onion tossed in a little S& P tonight)

Mine looked good. Not exactly like this
