Smile A mean sweet and sour chicken

I was experimenting with my cooking prowess as i quiet often do I decided on a sweet and sour chicken, I fired up the old oil fryer with canola oil off course, I chopped up a kilo and a half of chook boobs, this gets messy, I dipped the chook in a beaten egg mix and then roll in corn flour, put the pieces in a tray, do the lot and then fry them in the fryer , again put the cooked chook in a tray and when done u get 2 jars of the old KanTong sweet and sour/sweet and sour plum sauce and two bottles of sweet and sour from the asian supermarket, mix this all together in a bowl and pour over the chook, place in oven and cook until the sauce is hot and bubbling, serve immediately over steamed rice, guarentee u will have nothing left over, the bottles from the asian supermarket are about 250 mils and the LeeKumKee brand is nice.
