Sauces to have with a fondue?

Were going retro......having a few friends round for dinner next week and we have decided to dust off the fondue set again Will be having some chicken and beef along with some steamed veggies and salad but looking for suggestions on good easy to make sauces. I never normally make sauces other than a white sauce for macaroni cheese so step by step of some good ones would be great if anyone knows of any.

Thinking maybe a Teryiaki (spelling?) sauce or something which would go well with both beef and chicken. Kind of a dipping sauce idea I think would work best for a fondue.

Hope someone knows some cracking sauce recipes or knows where to find some.

    Aye, Mick
