    Bush Camping Pics

Well finally got to use the Oztent at Mt Moffatt....great set up...easy....had the side panels and front panel on so had a seperate room for food. Slept myself and the 3 children...well impressed. Some pics:

Kinda see it on roof rack

    Tent up

    In the awning area

Looking from Front Panel through to back of tent

So very happy with my choice, looking forward to many years of camping with it ,

    Regards

How far did you get before you remembered you were plugged in to the mains power supply?

Ah ha...funny buggers you lot . Now Mrs HH, I also did go with 3 children and the dunny paper is also good for wiping noses and cleaning up if need be. Plus I am a firm believer of being prepared.

In answer to Sleepy, thanks, best set up I have had to date.....the camp kitchen makes a huge difference. As for the baked beans...ya gotta have em...you know...baked beans make ya heart etc etc

Bigjon...you been talking to my missus about how I can be a little...ummm...dozey . In this instance, I did remember....just ,

That looks like the most perfect camp site ever....flat ground, short grass, good visibility all round..

Anyone know of a similar camp group within a few hours from Sydney?

Good choice Steve. I like the look of your roof racks as well.....

Hey mate...yep was a great camp ground....with rock pools 100 metres away...so great for an afternoon dip to cool off. Have been impressed with the racks...aside from looking good. Can't help with Sydney..almost 20 yrs since I lived there.

Damn it Andrew.....Sssshhhhh.....letting people in on my "secrets"......it was actually a huge mutha of a battery in the engine bay I was charging that would then run off solar energy during the day...and moon light at night to run car, fridge, lights, Plasma, stereo etc ,

    Regards

Looks good Stevo. Might have to get one of those for those short fishing trips when I can't be bothered taking the trailer or want to camp a bit further up the beach.

I've still got an old Jackaroo 3 room tent in pretty good condition, but it takes the best part of an hour to put it up, and that's with 2 people. Was great when the kids used to come camping with us, but they've grown out of that these days.
    Cheers .........
